    Unique and Spacious Bathrooms, Charming Historic Atmosphere, Inviting Lounge and Common Areas

    The absence of a hotel gym was disappointing!!! Confusing light switches made simple tasks frustrating!!! A lack of towel rails in the bathroom was inconvenient!!!

    Incredibly nice and sensational breakfast with a good choice of options, special and fairly clean place. Excellent location just next door to the main square, and the center of the city and very very helpful staff. Also, superb right in the centre of the old town.

    Wi-Fi was hopeless.

    I can't imagine a better spot for exploring the city. The hotel is just steps away from the beautiful gothic tower and within a short stroll to the lublin castle.

    I was really impressed by the wonderful towels and robes in my room. The excellent TV and fast internet kept me entertained. The steam room and sauna are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a small note, I could've used a few more electric outlets in the room, but that didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

    Alter has a fantastic location, right near the charming cobbled streets that lead to all the sights. The suite was spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff was helpful, particularly when we needed assistance with our room arrangements. We also enjoyed the lovely spa facilities.

    Couple great spot for a getaway

    The staff here were not just polite, they really were really good, helping us out when I needed directions and recommendations for dinner spots. We enjoyed a really excellent breakfast with great choices, the place felt lively and cute.

    It wasn't cheap but definitely acceptable for what you get.

    Couples looking for luxury with some quirks

    The service here was great. The staff were attentive, helped us with whatever we needed. The spa zone was amazing, I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed in a sauna.

    It's not budget-friendly but still acceptable for the experience offered.

    great location , but room for improvement

    The location is unbeatable , right in the vibrant heart of the old town. My room was spacious with charming decor . The staff stood out , especially Derek and Sebastian who provided really good service and personalized attention throughout my stay. The view from my room of the bustling streets added to the overall experience.

    The noise from the street made it hard to fully relax at times.

    We had an amazing stay at Alter! the hotel is located in the heart of the old center, surrounded by the charming medieval streets of Lublin. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view over the historic center. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with a good shower and nice toiletries. the breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food, and we also enjoyed dining at the A la carte Restaurant with excellent food. the spa facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. an excellent experience and we would definitely return!
